Hours of Operation
Our normal hours of operation are from Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Pacific Time Zone).
Any orders placed or questions/concerns emailed to us will be processed during our normal
hours of operation. Orders are typically processed and shipped within three (3)
business days* from completed / cleared payment for the placed order, unless any
item within the order is backordered (see "Backordered Items" section
in this policy page). We do our best to address
questions/concerns via email within 2 business days*, however there may be times
when it will take up to 3-4 business days* for you to receive a response.
Privacy and Security
Your privacy is very important to us at CRM Industries. For
this reason, all personal information is encrypted using
industry standard SSL technology. Personal information
entered directly on our website will not be distributed or sold to any 3rd
parties and no financial information is stored on our web servers.

In order to enhance your shopping experience, cookies
are only utilized for the storage of your shopping cart
information between visits to our web site.
Payment Methods / Processing
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
NOTE: eCHECK payments made through PayPal take 3-4 business days to clear, delaying
the processing of the order by that much time since orders are
processed only after payment has cleared.
Shipping
We ship from Los Angeles County, California to all US locations (all 50 states,
its territories & possessions, APOs, FPOs, & the United Nations in New York)
via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Orders are typically shipped within three (3) business days* from completed / cleared
payment for the placed order, unless any item within the order is backordered
(see "Backordered Items" section in this policy page).
Estimated US Domestic Shipping Times (in business days*):
Express Mail (requires signature upon delivery): 1-2 days
Priority Mail: 2-4 days
Standard Mail (First Class / Parcel Post): 5-10 days
US Domestic orders shipped outside of
the 48 contiguous states may experience longer shipping times than the estimates above.
We cannot guarantee shipping transit time and will not be held
responsible for shipments delivered by the USPS outside of these estimated shipping times.
To qualify for FREE Shipping & Handling the following criteria must be met:
1) Order subtotal in shopping cart must greater than or equal to $50.
2) Order must be shipped to a US location.
3) "USPS Standard Mail" must be the selected shipping method.
If all of the above criteria are met, the "Shipping & Handling"
total will reflect $0.00 in the shopping cart and on applicable
pages in the checkout process.
International Orders
At this time, we are NOT fulfilling any orders outside of the United States.
Sales Tax
We ONLY collect sales tax on orders shipped within California (8.25% sales
tax on the merchandise total only).
Returns
Merchandise may be returned for a full product refund (no exchanges) if the customer contacts us via
email within seven (7) days after receiving the product. We will then provide product return instructions.
Returned merchandise must be received by us in unopened, brand new, undamaged, sellable condition to
qualify for a refund. If returned merchandise has been opened, used, damaged, or in any way
unsellable as brand new, the refund request will be denied and such merchandise will not be
returned to the customer. Shipping and Handling charges are always non-refundable and return
shipping charges/arrangement are the responsibility of the customer.
If a shipped order is returned to us due to an incorrect Ship To address provided on the order or the
customer fails to claim the shipment according to USPS delivery policies, the order will not be
re-shipped. Instead, the order will be cancelled and we will refund the order amount except for shipping
& handling charges, which are always non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
An order can ONLY be cancelled for a full refund prior to the shipment of the order.
If the customer requests an order to be cancelled after the order has been shipped, the request for cancellation and
full order refund will be denied and the customer will have to follow the return policy stated above to
receive a merchandise refund (shipping & handling charges are non-refundable; return shipping
charges / arrangement are the responsibility of the customer).

with manufacturer permission. Images cannot be downloaded
or reproduced without prior written authorization.
Backordered Items
If any item(s) in the order are noted as "Backordered", the entire order will ship when
all products are available, typically within 4 weeks from date of completed / cleared
payment for the placed order. If any backordered item in your order
becomes unavailable, we will notify you via email and
refund you the merchandise cost of the unavailable item(s).
Special Orders
Please contact us if you would like to order quantities of any product(s) beyond what we
have in-stock as shown on our website.
NOTE: Special orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
